You are able to book our studio for many uses, with or without poles.

Ideal for filming, photography, classes, dance rehearsal, workshops, etc.
£25 for the first hour, £20 for each subsequent hour.
£75 half day (4 hours)
£150 full day (8 hours)

Pole studio hire - BOOK HERE.
£15 per hour.
We have 5 poles which are 40mm and 45mm in diameter and around 3.4 metres tall. Each pole has a quick-release spin to static mechanism making switching between spin and static quick and simple. We have chrome and brass finish poles.

STUDIO HIRE TERMS
Payment required upon booking. If no payment has been received 48 hours prior to booking time then your booking will be cancelled without notice.
If you wish to cancel your booking, please make contact immediately.
Cancellation policy:

7 days or more - no charge
-
7 days to 48 hours - half payment
-
Less than 48 hours - full payment
The booked time is the access time. If the hirer wishes to gain access to the studio earlier, then the studio must be booked at an earlier time. Likewise, the finish time is the time the hirer is due to leave the studio (i.e. not time to start packing away, for example). You must be packed up and leaving by the end of your time slot.
Booking allows for the exclusive use of the customer named in the booking and the hirer is not permitted to sub-contract, sub-let or otherwise permit any third party to the studio without prior consent.
The studio is to be left as you found it. Please remove any rubbish and use the facilities provided to clean if necessary before departure. Leave the studio as you would wish to find it. Please do not remove anything from that studio that does not belong to you.
You must ensure that any persons under the age of 18 have parents or guardians permission to be at the studio during the period of studio hire, and are supervised by a responsible adult.
Please be respectful of other businesses within the building and compound.
No food or drink (with the exception of water) to be consumed within the studio, unless agreed. For hire to include allowance for food and drink, there will be an additional charge of £25 per booking.
The hirer may not use the studio for any purpose for which a licence is necessary (such as the sale of alcohol), nor may it be used for the sale or display of goods or services, or public entertainment, unless otherwise agreed.
It is illegal to smoke on the premises. Please leave the compound if you wish to smoke.
No alterations are to be made to the premises whatsoever. This includes fixing anything to the walls. The hirer shall be liable for any damages caused to the premises during the time of hire. Any props shall be free-standing.
No responsibility shall be taken for any loss of or damage to any goods brought into or left in the premises by the hirer. Any lost property will be held for 7 days.
The hirer must ensure any appropriate insurance is in place.

POLE STUDIO HIRE TERMS
Payment required upon booking via TeamUp. You must book at least 2 hours in advance of your allocated time slot, and any cancellations must be made at least 2 hours prior to your start time or the full payment will still be charged.

Likewise, the finish time is the time the hirer is due to leave the studio (i.e. not time to cool down, for example). You must be packed up and leaving by the end of your time slot.
Booking allows for the exclusive use of the customer named in the booking and the hirer is not permitted to sub-contract, sub-let or otherwise permit any third party to the studio without prior consent. Pole classes and teaching pole in any way is prohibited, unless otherwise agreed.
No instructor will be present during your allocated time slot. You train at your own risk. You will need your own insurance. Use the crash mats provided (or bring your own) and a bring/use spotter when necessary.
