How do I join pole/yoga classes?
You will find our timetable here. You can also book on to any classes from there.


I want to start pole/PT but I’m too unfit.

ome along and you’ll start feeling fitter in no time. 


How much are pole classes?
£10 per class, or you can opt for monthly membership starting at £35 per month (there are a few options), which works out cheaper.


What do I wear to my first pole class?
Just normal gymwear (leggings and a tshirt) is fine, and socks are hel
pful.


I’m overweight and worried about starting pole/PT. What should I do?

Come! Your size/shape/age doesn’t matter, you’ll get fitter from starting pole and/or PT, and you’ll gain a ton of confidence. So come right along, we’re excited to meet you!
 

How much is PT?
Prices start from £99 for 3 sessions (or £50 for online only coaching) - there are lots of different options to suit your preferences and your budget. Pop me a WhatsApp message to get started.


What is Semi-Private training?
SP training is the same as PT, except that you share your face-to-face sessions with up to 4 others. You still get the same coaching, programming and support, just with the added benefit of group training. Prices start at £89 per month.

I'm scared!

Anything new can be scary, so we completely understand that you feel that way. Honestly though, you'll fit right in! We are a very friendly bunch and a tight-knit community. Everyone at The MaePole is so so supportive - we just want you to do well and have a good time doing it! The MaePole is safe space where I want everyone to feel welcomed with open arms. There is no need to be self-conscious about anything, and nothing you say is going to embarrass anyone (trust me! We've probably seen it and heard it before!).

I've never had a PT before, what can I expect?

It's absolutely fine if you've never had a personal trainer before - most people haven't. During our 1:1 sessions we can talk openly and honestly about everything. It's totally private and what goes on in our session stays in our session. Yes, the aim is to exercise but sometimes we just need to chat to someone, and I'm here for that.
